Michinoku Siokaze Trail Dormitory

We operate a 20-year-old log house as a private lodging. It is one of the few accommodations in Hashikami Town. It is located on the Michinoku Sea Breeze Trail Hashikami-dake route, 3 km from the Hashikami-dake trailhead, which is the starting point of the bicycle race. It can comfortably accommodate 1 to 8 people. Although there are no urban entertainment facilities or hotel-like services, it is a quiet and comfortable lodging in nature. Please rest your body and mind.

Please note that bedding is futons, not beds.

There is no air conditioning, so it is hot from late July to late August. In other seasons, you can stay comfortably. Please feel the natural breeze.

Approximately 4 km from Tanesashi Kaigan Hashikami-dake Interchange or Hashikami Interchange on the Sanriku Expressway. It is a 2-hour drive from the Aomori Nebuta Festival venue. The nearest station is Osha Station on the JR Hachinohe Line. We provide free transportation from Osha Station to our facility. Transportation to Hachinohe City and nearby hot spring facilities is charged, so please contact us.

It felt like a homestay.
It was a wonderful space with a sense of distance that only a couple with experience living abroad can provide.

The couple looked after the children and gave us vegetables and souvenirs that they grew in their own farm.

 There is an optional service for a barbecue grill, and we purchased food (except vegetables) at the Hasshoku Center, and the couple prepared everything else for us. *Maybe we were being too dependent on them.

This is a very appreciated hospitality, especially since vegetables are so expensive these days.

The barbecue is outside, but they took measures to keep insects away, such as using mosquito coils.

It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearby bathing facility. Of course, the bathtub in the bungalow is shared, but it is clean. ^_^ If you want to relax in the hot springs, the owner will guide you. We went there using the navigation system.
- Nothing in particular! My family and I are very satisfied. Those who want a private space like a hotel and modern facilities may be confused by the shared facilities, but we didn't have them.
